Personal Statement - (Optional, you will be notified if this is required by your advisor)
An essay explaining why you would like to pursue the program of graduate study you have chosen. Additional information regarding your academic performance, as well as professional experience, may also be included in the supplement.

For Masters in Public Health: In your Statement of Purpose of no more than 2 double-spaced pages: (1) Identify your main professional objective and discuss relevant experiences from your personal, academic and professional background that have motivated you to study public health and global health equity in pursuit of this objective; (2) Describe any current professional and/or personal obligations and outline a plan of study that will enable you to complete the required coursework and supervised experiences.

Letter of Recommendation - Letters should be from academic or professional references that can knowledgeably comment on your ability to successfully complete graduate study.

For Students Applying for the Master in Public Health, 1 Letter of Recommendation must be from any instructor from the MPH department.
